Reservation

You will be able to make a reservation, if your staying period is 4 nights and longer, subject to available apartment. 
Advance payment shall be made for the first (1st) day of staying in the said apartment.
Advance payment will be included in accommodation charges.
You will not be able to make a reservation for period less than 4 nights. You may contact us before arrival and receive an information on available apartments.
To cancel reservation.  If you do not arrive on agreed date, advance payment for the first (1st) day of rent will not be returned.
According to your advance payment, your arrival is guaranteed to us. We make an apartment reservation for you declining other customers' propositions for rent.
